In 1995 Johns Creek became the only Southeastern property ever to win the prestigious FIABCI Prix d'Excellence, awarded by the Paris-based International Real Estate Federation, whose French acronym is FIABCI. Johns Creek won in 1995 as "Best Office/Industrial Property Worldwide." Competition included finalists from France, Russia, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Malaysia. In addition to the Prix described above, Johns Creek has been named by Dorey's as The Industry's Choice Corporate Facility Award. When first opened, Johns Creek was named Best Deal with existing Real Estate, both awarded by the Atlanta Business Chronicle/Ernst & Young. Also upon opening Johns Creek was named Best New Development on Fulton County's Developers' Day. |
