TPA Realty Services is dedicated to helping tenants offer their employees a comprehensive experience of recreation and community involvement. Our corporate sports and fitness program is the largest in Metro Atlanta and offers softball, volleyball, and bowling. The sports leagues along with toy drives and blood drives are widely admired as a uniquely attractive tenant amenity.
In all, more than 1,000 employees and 85 companies take part in sports in any give year. In addition, the size of Johns Creek and other parks make them popular choices such as the Johns Creek Criterium cycling event and New Year’s Resolution Run.
Each quarter, we host blood drives that typically rank first in participation for Metro Atlanta office parks. Through our annual toy drive in December, we collect thousands of toys to brighten holidays for local families. Employees value the opportunity to participate in recreational as well as community oriented programs providing a forum to network with people from other companies in the parks.
