TPA REALTY SERVICES ROLE
Heather Lamb works with Bryan Heller and Peter McGuone to forward the strategic marketing and leasing initiatives for TPA's third-party projects, representing the interests of institutional third-party clients such as AEW, Lasalle's I&G Fund, Invesco, Great Point, Grove Street Partners, Embry Office Properties and Piedmont Office Realty Trust.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Before joining TPA, Heather served as Associate Director for Lavista Associations, Inc., where she represented assets such as Satellite Place, Peachtree Corporate Center and Windward Park. She has specialized in multi-tenant office project leasing since 2004, generating more than 1 million square feet and $60 million in completed leasing transactions during that time.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS / RECOGNITION
Heather was named 2010 Young Realtor of the Year and December 2010 Member of the Month by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR). She is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women Network and Atlanta Chapter Member (CREW), currently serving on the Board of Directors (2012-2013) and past Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Membership Committee. Heather has been a member of the ACBR Million Dollar Club since 2007.

EDUCATION
Heather received her Bachelor's degree in Management from Georgia Tech in 2001, with a minor in Finance and additional studies in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
