Johns Creek, GA — As temperatures rose this summer, TPA Realty Services’ leasing team turned up the heat in Johns Creek. Between June 1 and Aug. 31, TPA completed 20 deals totaling 125,896 square feet in new leases and renewals. Fifteen of this summer’s deals, representing nearly 86,000 square feet, were located in Johns Creek, and nine of those were new deals. PerkinElmer Health Sciences, Inc. (NYSE: PKI) signed a new 10-year lease for 10,613 square feet at 11695 Johns Creek Parkway. The Massachusetts-based company relocated its Johns Creek office, upgrading to a Class “A” building. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Liz Love represented the tenant. TPA represented the landlord, Piedmont Office Realty Trust. Regus PLC, signed a new 10-year lease for 12,719 square feet at 11555 Medlock Bridge Road for a new Regus business center. JLL’s Jeff Heller represented the tenant. TPA represented the landlord, Capital Commercial Investments, Inc. TPA Vice President Peter McGuone says, “It’s great to see Johns Creek turn the corner and tighten up as more prospects choose to come into the market. The improved access, now that McGinnis Ferry Road and Hwy. 141 have been widened, has played a major role in tenant’s decisions to relocate here.” Doug Russ, President of the Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce commented: "Johns Creek has a great story to tell.
