NORCROSS, GA – TPA Realty Services, LLC, a leader in large-scale development and asset-based commercial real estate services, announced today that it has hired Heather Lamb as Vice President. She will join Bryan Heller and Peter McGuone to extend TPA’s leadership in the strategic marketing and leasing of its third-party institutional asset portfolio. Heller, TPA Principal and Senior Vice President, said “I consider it an incredible privilege to be working alongside a real estate professional as talented and hardworking as Heather. She is poised for great success in the TPA platform.” Lamb is noted for brokering, on the landlord side, part of the the landmark relocation of NCR Inc.’s headquarters from Dayton, Ohio to Satellite Place in Duluth, Ga. In 2010, she was named Young Realtor of the Year by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR). Before joining TPA, Lamb served as Associate Director for Lavista Associates, Inc., where she represented assets such as Satellite Place, Peachtree Corporate Center and Windward Park. She has specialized in multi-tenant office project leasing since 2004, generating more than 1 million square feet and $60 million in completed leasing transactions. An active member of Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW), Lamb currently serves on CREW’s Board of Directors, was Membership Chairman in 2011 and was a 2010 Leadership CREW Graduate. She also served on the Board of Directors for the Young Council of Realtors (YCR) Advisory Board from 2010 to 2011, and has been an annual recipient of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club award since 2007.
