Interstate Centre II is another outstanding example of both inter-governmental cooperation and of public-private partnership. The development project is a 505-acre industrial/business park located in Bryan County, 18.5 miles northwest of Savannah, Ga. The Development Authority of Bryan County (DABC) purchased the property with financing backed by the Bryan County Board of Commissioners.
Bringing more than 35 years of development expertise to the project, TPA Realty Services, LLC currently is working with DBAC to master-plan the park to compliment the current success of the first phase of Interstate Centre, a development of The Development Authority of Bryan County.
The park offers warehousing, distribution and manufacturing companies a highly strategic location, with convenient access to major transportation conduits such as Georgia’s Savannah port, I-16, and I-95.
