The Leasing and Marketing Department consists of six individuals devoted to leasing, marketing and lease administration. The primary focus of the department is to concentrate our efforts on properties that we lease, manage and/or represent for sale within Technology Park/Atlanta and Johns Creek, as well as ancillary feeder markets in and around the I-85 and I-285 corridors. Our current leasing and management efforts are primarily for third party owners and institutional asset advisors.
